These terms apply when you use this website or ask Appa Capital Solutions, Inc. d/b/a Appetizer Funding (“Appetizer Funding,” “we,” “us”) for help finding business funding. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
We help business owners find funding. We collect your information, share it with independent funding partners who may make you offers, and help you compare and complete those offers. The funding partners, not Appetizer Funding, decide whether to approve you and on what terms.
Submitting a form does not guarantee an offer, an amount, a rate, or timing. Any estimate we give is not a commitment from us or from a funding partner.
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to give it for your business. By submitting an application you authorize us to obtain and review business and consumer reports, bank statements, and related information for financing evaluation, and to share your information with funding partners to process your application, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may be paid by funding partners. If you owe us a fee, it will be stated in a separate agreement that you review and sign before you accept an offer.
If you give us your mobile number, you may receive text messages and calls about your inquiry. Our SMS program, how to opt out (reply STOP), and how to get help (reply HELP) are described in our SMS Messaging Terms. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving funding.
Do not misuse the site, submit false information, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
The site and our services are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions made by funding partners.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
